Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish and half-English woman was born on the 16th of April 1996 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker, and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychologist. The father of her was Argentine and has Scottish as well as English heritage. The mother of Taylor-Joy is Spanish with English roots. Taylor Joy is the youngest of four brothers and sisters, with one coming at each one of their parents' prior marriages. After living within Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor-Joy stated that the move had been painful, and she refused to pursue a degree in English because she hoped to return to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was required to take her. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in plays. When she reached the age of 16, Taylor-Joy dropped out to concentrate on her acting career. Taylor-Joy always knew she wanted to be an actor. She was given a chance to try it by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management, who offered her an opportunity as a model.
